How much does it cost to install new line or reconnect old line.

If you are taking aMaxima unlimited package, then we will charge you £80 excl. vat for installing a new line. There is usually a £60 fee for activating an existing line that is provided by Maxima Telecom or another provider, and a £80 excl. vat fee for installing a new line.

Do I need a phone line for broadband services.

Yes, you’ll need a Maxima phone line if you want to get simple or fast Broadband services.

How much do call cost? and charges for 087, 084, 03 numbers.

All calls to 0845 0870 and 03 numbers charged on standard rates

Calls must be less than an hour long, or standard charges will apply. You can avoid these charges by hanging up and redialling.

Standard charges comprise an access charge of 15 pence per minute, plus the service charge of the organisation you are calling.

Yes, in most cases you can keep your phone number. We’ll let you know when you order – just choose a package and enter your phone number when asked.

If we can transfer your phone number we’ll let you know before you reach the checkout. If we can’t transfer your number, we’ll send you a new number in your confirmation email or letter. It’s important to stay connected with your cable phone company until we activate your new Maxima phone line.

If you don’t already have a Maxima phone line in your home, we’ll arrange for an engineer to install one when you place your order.
